Location, room position , since we had paid more and had a prefered level room it was ok, was it worth the extra cost, not sure, Evening entertainment specially during Christmas and New Year

The aircon sensor had to be repaired twice, the wash basin had to be looked at 3 times and kept blocking and ,even the day we left it wasnt working properly, the shortage of poole towels and the hassle was unbelievable, Although we were given a parking plate to put on windscreen, having a very offensive sticker on the window the next day was surprising and un pleasant, apparently certain spaces was for the front desk managers and customers were required to move their cars,

Luxury. Amazing. Child friendly. Perfect location. Beautiful food and service.

Kids nightly mini disco was fantastic, staff were absolutely lovely, food was amazing.

Hotel was listed as having an airport shuttle but there didn’t seem to be one, we had to get taxis instead. Tried to contact the hotel twice but no email address and no answer through the booking.com ‘contact hotel’ link.

Excellent hotel, facilties, food, location, pools and we will definitey be back again

From the minute we arrived at the hotel to the time we left, we found the hotel amazing and its staff to be very friendly and nothing was a problem. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 early teens. Fantastic facilities, lovely breakfast in the morning, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything in them that we could need. The towels were the nicest we have ever had in a hotel. The pools were clean and inviting and immediately across from the hotel is a beautiful beach we swam in most days of our stay. The location is perfect. We ate out each night and we found lots of lovely bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel. We have lunch at the hotel on two days but the days we wandered down to the local cafes. Ther was entertainent each evening which was very good and the teens enjoyed the pool table / chess in the games room. The hotel and the area felt very safe and we were happy to let the teens wander about the hotel by themselves.

Very Good

The staff on Reception were very friendly and we were very warmly welcomed. The Room was well appointed and the bed was super comfy. The pillows were also very comfortable. The addition of an iron in the room would be handy.

Breakfast is a bit of a shambles. I waited 15 minutes in a queue for 2 fried eggs. For a five star hotel, I would expect a served breakfast.

Great location very clean with great facilities

We booked a double room, when we arrive it was a room with twin beds. Staff told us it was full and that’s what we’d booked. So check your description a double room here is not a double bed t two singles. Staff did change it the next day after a robust discussion! Did ask to speak to the manager but never got a call. Other than that which was resolved couldn’t fault the property. Would definitely return

Very Good

This is my 2nd visit. The staff make this hotel. Its a great location and we booked preferred club bed and breakfast and then decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival.

Some changes gave been made to the detriment since last year in my opinion eg towels no longer available from the preferred club infinity pool, you have to go to the main pool. The Brazilian restaurant has been changed to a Mediterranean and they have reduced the contents of the mini bar.

We had great and relaxing week of vacation in this hotel

The location the room and above all the staff have been great. Super friendly and helpful at any occasion.

Something that let’s down the place a bit as pointed out by previous reviews is the food and drinks. While the food is overall very solid and appropriate for a resort style hotel where quantity is necessary to serve all guests. (quantity easily conflicts with quality so one should not expect a Michelin star experience) So this comment is more about consistency. Order the same dish two different days and what you get is vastly different in look and taste. This is even more true for the cocktails where something simple as a Piña Colada tasted and even looked different almost every single time. That should not happen really and is an easy fix with 20 min of training. It’s really just 10ml of x + 20ml of y mix with 50ml of z which should turn out the same almost every single time. I want to be clear that neither of these points ruined our stay, far from it, but it’s a shame as these are easy fixing and have been pointed out before

Nice hotel but not really five star quality

Definitely worth upgrading to Preferred Club. The pools were lovely and much quieter than the main one. Breakfast was great, huge selection of food and always had lovely staff. Location is great with a gate directly from the pool area onto the promenade with access to the beach and town.

Beds were not very comfortable, rock hard and very shaky. No reading light or bedside table on one side of the double bed. Only ate dinner in the hotel one night as the food was not nice and quite expensive.

Big hotel family friendly

The swimming pools are very nice, the hotel offers a very large amount of things such of spa, pools, games, restaurants, animations, visits organizations and so on... it's very family friendly. The room is not big but it's confy. It's a very beutiful place around the hotel to take a walk...

Despite offering a quite big buffet with large choice, the food is a bit "meh..." not bad tho, but not that good. The large choice compensates for the quality (it's not a bad quality, it's just... nothing amazing). On the last day, we had to check out early due to plane planning. The staff didn't allow us to enter the brakfast buffet 15min earlier than the official opening despite having others clients already there. One guy from the staff let us enter 8min before the opening when he saw we had a baby. Not so pleasant when you paid for all inclusive on a 5 star hotel. Also, all-inclusive doesn't mean ALL inclusive if you are not part of the so called "prefered club". Guess you have to pay more... Nevertheless these are only details and overall the staff was very nice. We would return and we do recommend this hotel !

Wonderful, comfortable hotel with beautiful views.

Fabulous location. Good facilities and pool areas, walking distance to the town, canopy sunbeds which do require booking but they are very comfortable. They had some flamenco dancers entertain on one of the evenings which was such a beautiful artistic spectacle.

We dined in one of the buffet restaurants and the food was excellent but one night there was a Mariachi entertainer singing his heart out to a karaoke backtrack and it was uncomfortably loud, to the point that I couldn't wait to leave the restaurant and we rushed our meal to finish early and leave, I found it very stressful and not the dining experience I was looking forward to. I had heard that a number of people complained but this did little to deter his over zealous crooning. I wish I had chosen to dine outside.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in the perfect setting

The property was in a great location very near to the beach and walking distance to rubicon marina and Playa Blanca.We were in preferred club and had a choice of sitting inside or outside for breakfast .There was a really good choice at breakfast .There were 3 swimming pools to choose from and two of those for preferred club had infinity pools to which had an amazing view of the sea.The building itself is very stylish and spacious in a modern style . The rooms were. spacious with a large balcony and had all the toiletries you would need.In preferred club we had a choice of drinks in the fridge which were refreshed every day.We were lucky enough to have a lovely view. The staff were very helpful and made you feel very welcome.Florián was very helpful I getting us a suitable room and Anna and Daniel were cheerful and efficient at breakfast. The corridors of the rooms are open to the sky with loads of greenery which is really pleasant to the eye. The hotel itself is very spacious with lovely gardens . We also had the use of a room with food and drink all day. The property had a sauna and indoor pool which was lovely but we didn’t use it as it was so hot but would be good in cooler weather It was our first visit here and we really enjoyed it

Pleasant but not amazing

Dreams had lots of pool locations to choose from as a Preferred Club member. I also appreciated how close the hotel was to the beach.

The food quality and variety wasn’t amazing. All the prawns hadn’t been deveined and in the pasta dish I ordered all the pasta was stuck together which was really unpleasant. I was quite disappointed by the buffet selection as there weren’t many exciting options and I was limited to the same things most days and I’m not a picky eater in the slightest! I also did find a cockroach in my room and when I was leaving there was a large bug on the wall.
